Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable and plans can change for many reasons. Our cancellation policy aims to provide clarity and fairness for both our valued participants and our businesses in Cape Town, USA, and India. Please read the following carefully. Please note that $333 of your deposit is non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend the retreat, you may transfer your booking to another person. We appreciate your notifying Chris before October 10th, which is ten days before the retreat start date on October 20th. Your participant change must be confirmed by us in writing.

If you can participate in some of our Kundalini Yoga Retreat and need to arrive in India later than our start date of 10/20 or plan to depart India earlier than Friday 11/1 @ 2 pm, please contact us so we can accommodate you to the best of our ability. Please note that $333 of your deposit is non-refundable.

Payment is due in full on October 1st, 2024. Contact Chris directly if you would prefer a monthly payment plan. Any payments made over $333 will be refundable before September 20th.

If you cancel your booking before October 8th, 75% of payments will be refundable. If you cancel your booking between October 8th and 12th, 50% of payments will be refundable. If you cancel your booking after October 12th, 25% of payments will be refundable.

If we must cancel the retreat for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all payments made. Your registration for our Kundalini Yoga retreat includes all hotels, transportation, tour guides, meals, yoga, and boat rides. We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by our valued participants. This includes airline tickets in and out of Delhi or other ‘optional’ travel costs, snacks, shopping, spa treatments, etc.

By registering for our Kundalini Yoga retreat, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this cancellation policy as detailed in this, your confirmation email.
